Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) announces a Video Blogging contest from 19 March 2021 till 3 April 2021 on the theme ““My impressions of India” or “What India means to me””

As part of the alumni connect programme during celebrations of the ICCR’s 71st Foundation Day, the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) announces a Video Blogging contest from 19 March 2021 till 3
April 2021 on the theme ““My impressions of India” or “What India means to me””.
The Video contest will be open to foreign participants who studied in India (not restricted to just ICCR alumni but even those who studied in India under self finance scheme) residing outside India. Embassy of India Vientiane will chose one best entry and forward the same to ICCR headquarters for consideration of the global prize / Awards.

Guidelines
- Any commentary/ explanation in the video shall be in English or with English subtitles.
- The video should not be of more than three minutes duration.
- Once the video is uploaded, the following details should be provided by en e-mail to inf.vientianne@mea.gov.in with copy to accts.vientianne@mea.gov.in

- It is mandatory for all the candidates to provide the above details after uploading the video, failing which the entry will be rejected.
- The best shortlisted entry will be forwarded to ICCR.
- The decision made by Mission and ICCR Jury members will be final and binding and no claims whatsoever will be entertained.
- Copyrights of the selected entries shall be with Mission and ICCR which reserve the right to publish it on its social media / website pages.
Terms & Conditions
- The entries should not contain any offensive or provocative language or content.
- The time limit of three minutes should be strictly adhered to failing which the contestant will lose points.
- The video should be original and you must be the sole owner of the copyright of the video. The video should not have been previously published on any digital media platform.
- Starting Date of Submission of entries: 19/03/2021
- Closing Date of Submission of entries: 03/04/2021
